The floor can be rented out for purposes other than food and drinks, such as filming, workshops, seminars, and screenings. It's a 2-minute walk from the Hachiko Exit of Shibuya Station. Seating capacity is 40 people, standing capacity is 65 people, and private rentals are accepted for groups of around 25 or more (this may vary depending on the day of the week and season). Microphones, two large projectors, sound system, karaoke (JOYSOUND), banners, bingo, and Nintendo Switch are all free of charge when renting the space out.

This whiteboard with clips is suitable for seminars and workshops.
